PL Announce TV Picks across December 2023 & January 2024

Premier League have announced the broadcast selection across Sky Sports, TNT Sport and Amazon Prime in December 2023 and January 2024.

Sky will broadcast 22 matches across both months which includes a title showdown between Manchester City and Tottenham on Sunday 2 December at 4:30pm GMT, in their headline tie across December.

Manchester United’s trip to North-West rivals, Liverpool will be broadcast on Sky on 16 December at 4:30pm live from Anfield.

Sky will air four matches across the weekend before Christmas beginning with the M23 derby between Crystal Palace and Brighton at Selhurst Park, followed by Sheffield United and Arsenal’s trips to Aston Villa and Liverpool respectively on 22 and 23 December.

For the first time since 1995, Sky Sports will controversially air a Premier League match on Christmas Eve as Chelsea travel to Wolves, with kick-off confirmed for 1pm at Molineux.

Sky will round out 2023 with a London derby as Fulham host Arsenal at Craven Cottage in a 2pm kick-off on New Year’s Eve, before opening 2024 with Monday Night Fooball from Anfield as Liverpool host Newcastle on New Year’s Day at 8pm.

West Ham’s home clash against Brighton on 2 January at 7:30pm from the London Stadium will round out the festive action on Sky Sports.

Weekends of 13-15 January and 20-22 January sees a split round with Sky broadcasting just four games, including Tottenham’s trip to Man Utd on 14 January, and Bournemouth’s home encounter against Liverpool on 21 January with both matches kicking off at 4:30pm respectively.

TNT meanwhile will air six matches across that fortnight of which includes two London derbies as Chelsea host Fulham in a West London showdown on 13 January, whilst Crystal Palace head to Arsenal on 20 January with both matches commencing at 12:30pm respectively.

Four matches across December will be broadcast on TNT including Man Utd’s trips to Newcastle and West Ham on 2 and 23 December in 8pm and 12:30pm kick-offs respectively.

TNT will also air Crystal Palace’s match against Liverpool at Selhurst Park on 9 December plus Chelsea’s trip to Luton on 30 December in 12:30pm kick-offs.

As is traditionĀ  – aside from last season due to the World Cup, Amazon will have the first midweek round of the campaign across 5-7 December containing all ten fixtures streamed live, with Man Utd’s stand-out clash against Chelsea at Old Trafford set for 8:15pm on 6 December.

Other highlights across that midweek round on Amazon includes;

  • Aston Villa vs Man City – Wednesday 6 December (8:15pm)
  • Sheffield Utd v Liverpool – Wednesday 6 December (7:30pm)
  • Tottenham v West Ham – Thursday 7 December (8:15pm)

Amazon will also have the Boxing Day round with Arsenal’s home clash against West Ham set for Thursday 28 December at 8:15pm, whilst Tottenham’s trip to Brighton will take place that evening with a 7:30pm kick-off.

Other festive highlights on Amazon include a blockbuster clash between Sheffield United and Luton at Bramall Lane on Boxing Day at 3pm, in a pivotal showdown in the race for Premier League survival.

Manchester United will host high-flying Aston Villa at Old Trafford in Boxing Night Football from 8pm.
