Jacob Brown has been recalled for Scotland’s Euro 2024 qualifier against Spain and friendly against France.
Brown was dropped from last month’s squad following his move from Stoke to Luton this summer but has been recalled in place of Lawrence Shankland, who has been omitted from the squad.
Newcastle’s Elliott Anderson has been left out of this month’s midfield selection after he withdrew from the squad last month, ahead of their trip to Cyprus just days after he joined up with the team, as manager – Steve Clarke otherwise named an unchanged lineup.
