Steve Clarke has named his squad for 2024 UEFA Euro qualifiers against Norway and Georgia in June 2023.

John Souttar and Greg Taylor have both been recalled in defence with Norwich’s Grant Hanley ruled out, due to a season-ending Achilles injury.

Dominic Hyam meanwhile has received his first senior call-up, having been named as a replacement for Jack Hendry in March’s Qualifiers – with Hendry also named in the squad for June’s fixtures.

Up front, Che Adams and Jacob Brown miss out with calf and hamstring injuries respectively in a huge blow for Clarke.

Hibernian’s Kevin Nisbet has consequently been recalled to the squad after a near two-year absence, whilst Shankland is again recalled as Adams’ replacement after having done so in March.

Clark has opted for no midfield changes with Billy Gilmour and John McGinn amongst several midfielders to keep their place in the squad.

In goal, Zander Clark, Angus Gunn and Liam Kelly has been retained in an unchanged goalkeeping selection.

Clarke’s Group A topping Tartan Army will play Norway away in Oslo on Saturday 17 June at 5pm UK Time, before hosting Georgia at Hampden Park, Glasgow on Tuesday 20 June.
