Leicester fight for survival in a massive home clash against West Ham at the King Power Stadium on the final day of the season.
Only victory would see Leicester stay up if Everton and Leeds both fail to win elsewhere, whilst West Ham can finish 12th with a win if Chelsea and Wolves both lose elsewhere.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is set to return for Leicester after he missed their last two matches with an ankle injury.
Jonny Evans (cramp) and Ricardo Pereira (hamstring) are both doubts and face late fitness tests.
Danny Ward (finger), Ryan Bertrand (knee), Jannik Vestergaard (calf), Caglar Soyuncu, Wilfred Ndidi (both hamstring), and James Justin (Achilles) remain absent.
West Ham could welcome Flynn Downes back into contention after he missed their win against Leeds, due to illness.
Nayef Aguerd (knock) could also feature but Gianluca Scamacca (knee) remains absent.

Prediction
Having resiliently scrapped their way to a goalless draw at Newcastle last weekend, Leicester now need to turn on their attacking spark and go for the win here if want to survive in the event that Everton slip up elsewhere.
Anything less than victory then the Foxes will be down which will put more attention on that goalless draw, in which they basically defended all game and wasted their only shot because they could of entered this game with survival in their own hands if had been more clinical on Tyneside.
Defending though has been Leicester’s biggest issue all season so it is vital that their build upon their defensive exploits against Newcastle, yet show more attacking intent given that they have players like Harvey Barnes, James Maddison and Jamie Vardy who can deliver goals.
West Ham meanwhile mounted a brilliant fightback to beat Leeds with a clinical energetic attacking display, amidst some sluggish first-half defending with poor marking from throw-ins but I do expect them to come here full of confidence.
David Moyes though does have a conundrum because he could rest key players here ahead of their Europa Conference League Final on 7 June, or go for the win and hope Chelsea lose if want to avoid finishing as London’s worst team of the season.
Leicester though will have the bigger motivation because if Everton fail to win then they can survive on goal difference with a win, which could well prove the difference if fans can create a pulsating atmosphere to feed off in the closing minutes.
