Everton continue their fight for Premier League survival against title-chasing Manchester City at Goodison Park.
Victory would see Everton climb into 15th position, whilst Man City can move four points clear of Arsenal at the summit with a win.

When is Kick-Off
Everton host Man City at Goodison Park in a 2pm BST kick-off on Sunday 14 May, live on Sky Sports in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Everton are winless in their last 11 league meetings against Man City (D2, L9).
- Under Pep Guardiola, Man City have won five of six visits to Everton (W5, L1).
- City have kept clean sheets in four of their last five meetings against Everton in all competitions (W4, D1).
- Sean Dyche’s Toffees have won just one of their last five home games (W1, D1, L3).
- Erling Haaland has scored five goals in Man City’s last four matches (W4).
Prediction
Now out of the relegation zone after their unexpected clinical counter-attacking win at Brighton where they confidently soaked up all pressure, Everton should be full of confidence knowing that the counter-attack will be their best hope here of getting any sort of result.
Their home form however goes against them with just four points in their last five at Goodison Park, which isn’t the ideal home form coming into a tough game like this where they will need to be at their best.
Man City though have their focus on the upcoming second leg of their Champions League Final against Real Madrid, but they can’t afford to rest on their laurels given how close the title race is – even with a game in hand, which raises serious team selection questions for Pep Guardiola.
Nevertheless their squad depth is strong enough to survive any changes given the fierce quality whilst their form against Everton is just as fearsome, which should encourage Guardiola to take a risk in some positions but I do expect them to win even if key players are utilised as substitutes.
Prediction: Everton 1-3 Manchester City
Result: Everton 0-3 Manchester City
