Leicester Draw PSV Eindhoven in Quarter-Finals Draw For 2021-22 UEFA Europa Conference League

Leicester City have been handed a Quarter-Final tie against PSV Eindhoven in 2021-22 UEFA Europa Conference League.

Having dropped into this competition after exiting the Europa League in the Group Stages, Leicester have beaten Randers and Rennes in the Knockout Play-Off and Round of 16 respectively to qualify for this stage.

Brendan Rogers’ Foxes will play the first leg at home before visiting PSV’s Philips Stadion in the second leg as they chase a place in the semi-finals.

Should Leicester qualify for the last four, they will face the winners of Bodø/Glimt’s tie against AS Roma who are meeting again for the third time this season, having previously met in the Group Stage of this competition where Bodø/Glimt unexpectedly won 6-1 at home.

In that scenario, Leicester again would be at home for the first leg before then visiting either Bodø/Glimt or AS Roma in the second leg.

Feyenoord meanwhile will play Slavia Prague and Marseille face PAOK in the two other Quarter-Finals, with the winners of those two matches meeting in the other semi-final in which Marseille or PAOK will have home advantage in the second leg.

If Leicester reach the Grand Final, they will be classified as the home team with the winner of the other semi-final playing as the away team on neutral territory.

Quarter-Final ties will be played across two legs on 7 and 14 April 2022, with the two-legged semi-final ties played across 28 April and 6 May.

The winners of the two semi-finals will meet at Arena Kombetare, Tirana, Albania in the Grand Final on Wednesday 25 May.
