Championship leader, Lewis Hamilton will be looking to record his eighth win around Silverstone, as several drivers look to benefit from Pirelli bringing softer tyre compounds to the racetrack.

Three Key Pointers
- Hot temperatures are forecast for Friday practice so expect Mercedes to sandbag and save their best one lap performances for Saturday, which should see cooler temperatures with a further drop on Sunday.
- Sebastian Vettel cannot afford to lose much track time this weekend if he is to understand and improve his Ferrari, following a difficult British GP weekend.
- Racing Point will be looking to find more performance after a lacklustre showing in Qualifying and race last weekend.
