Sky Bet Championship Play-Off contenders, Swansea City welcome Fulham to the Liberty Stadium as sixth takes on third.
A win will lift Swansea above Fulham into third whereas the Cottagers could stay third with victory and move to within two points of second-placed Leeds United.
Team news
Embed from Getty ImagesWingers, Nathan Dyer and Wayne Routledge are doubts after missing Tuesday’s draw at Huddersfield with knocks.
Defender, Mike van der Hoorn is also doubtful after suffering a knock from a bad tackle in midweek at the Terriers.
Joe Rondon (tendon) and Jordan Garrick (hamstring) are still absent whilst Aldo Kalulu will again play for the U23s as he nears a return from a lengthy ankle injury.
Fulham could be without Bobby Reid due to a hamstring injury suffered during Tuesday’s three goal trashing of Derby.
Aboubakar Kamara is also doubtful with an ankle injury but there are no other injury concerns to report.
Form
Swansea have lost just one of their last five matches, losing to Millwall in their last home game on Saturday which meant that they’ve won just one of their last four home games.
Fulham are on a three match winning streak in which they have scored six and conceded just once.
Stat Attack
- Swansea have lost just one of their last six meetings with Fulham (W5, L1).
- Fulham have scored in just one of their last three trips to Swansea, a 3-0 win in May 2013.
- Swansea scored twice in each of their last two meetings with the Cottagers which came in 2013-14 Premier League season.
Prediction
Swansea are doing a solid job but they seem to have lost their touch at home which is worrying, especially when coming into a fixture like this against a quality Fulham team who have a dangerous threat in Aleksandar Mitrovic.
I therefore am expecting a tough battle as it often can be for visiting teams at the Liberty Stadium, but Fulham should have enough to edge this.
Prediction: Swansea 1-2 Fulham
Result: Swansea 1-2 Fulham
