Having seen their unbeaten start ended last time out in Austria, Mercedes will be determined to hit back in style as Formula One heads to Silverstone for the 2019 British Grand Prix.
For many teams plus Lewis Hamilton, Lando Norris and George Russell, this marks their home race which makes this weekend one of the biggest on the calendar especially after the announcement that F1 will continue racing here until 2024 at least.

Three Pointers
- After the heat of France and Austria, cooler temperatures this weekend will favour Mercedes over Ferrari whilst Red Bull has the momentum from their Austria win.
- Having recorded double point finishes in the last two races, McLaren face a test of whether their pace is real or temperature based.
- Should rain arrive on Saturday as currently forecast, expect drama in qualifying as that could be the only wet session on a newly resurfaced track this weekend.
