Currently in the mist of a busy period, City rebounded from their loss to PSG with a clinical yet scrappy win over Ipswich after they conceded from two careless marking errors on the flanks, whilst Semenyo will be a huge miss such is his impact especially if Haaland is rested.
AEK Athens meanwhile will be disappointed with how they threw away their lead to lose 3-1 to Shakhtar Donetsk last week, but they can’t afford to do that here otherwise they will certainly be punished by a clinical City team, so their defence needs to be absolutely nailed on.
I however just don’t see City losing this if they can cut out the defensive errors given their form against Greek opponents.
