Freddie Draper, Reeco Hackett and Dom Jefferies have signed new contracts at Lincoln City.

Draper has signed a new five-year contract at Sincil Bank until June 2030 after having scored 16 goals in 113 appearances across all competitions since his debut in October 2021, having graduated through their academy.

The 22-year-old forward also enjoyed loan spells at Gainsborough Trinity, Drogheda United and Walsall during the intervening years before he established himself in the first-team squad in the last two seasons.

Hackett meanwhile has scored 23 goals in 116 appearances across all competitions since he joined the Imps from Portsmouth in June 2023, with 12 of his goals having been scored last season across League One and EFL Trophy as Lincoln City won promotion to the Championship as champions.

The 28-year-old winger has signed a new four-year contract until June 2029.

Jefferies has signed a new two-year contract until June 2028 with a club option to extend for a further year, after he scored five goals and created four assists in 72 appearances across the last two seasons following his move from Gillingham.

Lincoln City’s Sporting Director, Jez George explained that the decision to tie the trio down to new contracts is centred around protecting the “potential asset value” of the players in the future, and is pleased to have completed these new contracts.

“We are delighted to have now secured Freddie, Reeco and Dom on longer contracts.

“They all created memorable moments last season, and they will all have an important role to play for Lincoln City this season and in the future.”
