Prediction
Despite having made the most of the periods when on top against Tottenham, Wolves simply weren’t clinical enough so they really need to polish their end product if they’re to get anything here to boost their chances of not finishing rock bottom in the table.
Sunderland were just defensively awful in the first half of their loss to Forest so tighter and solid defensive play has to be a priority, but they do have the attacking quality to win this with the right attitude and tactics if can target Wolves’ own fragile defence.
Although their away record at Molineux is poor in the Premier League, I really do think that this is the best chance that Sunderland have to end that stat.
