Fulham look to boost their hopes of European qualification against top-three chasing Aston Villa at Craven Cottage.
Victory will lift Fulham into the top ten of the table, whilst Villa will climb to third with at least one point.
Team News
Alex Iwobi is ruled out for Fulham after he suffered a hamstring injury in their 0-0 draw at West London rivals, Brentford.
Kenny Tete (foot) and Kevin (metatarsal) is still ruled out.
Villa have no fresh injury concerns to report after their 4-3 victory at home to Sunderland.
Alysson (muscle) and Boubacar Kamara (knee) remain absent.
When is Kick-Off?
Fulham host Villa at Craven Cottage on Saturday 25 April at 12:30pm BST, live on TNT Sports 1 in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Fulham have won one of their last nine meetings against Villa (W1, L8).
- Villa have lost one of their last four league visits to Fulham (W3, L1).
- Fulham have lost two of their last three meetings against Villa by 3-1 results.
- Marco Silva’s Cottagers are yet to keep a clean sheet at home in all competitions in 2026 (W5, D1, L3).
- Villa are unbeaten in four of their six league trips to London-based opposition this season (W3, D1, L2).
Prediction
Sat five points off sixth-placed Brighton, Fulham can’t afford any more slip-ups if they’re to chase down European qualification after a resilient defensive display to draw at Brentford, but they will need to offer more quality than they mustered up in the second half.
Villa meanwhile need just five points from their last five league matches to secure Champions League qualification but they do need to be more solid defensively, because Sunderland could of easily drawn or won the match after Villa’s late switch-off at the back mentally.
The big concern for Fulham though is their lack of clean sheets at home this calendar year because Villa have found their goalscoring groove, and I just can’t see the visitors losing this if they stay focused defensively.
Prediction: Fulham 1-2 Aston Villa
