2025-26 Premier League: Week 34 – Bournemouth vs Leeds

Bournemouth look to boost their top-six ambitions in a Premier League clash against Leeds.

Victory will lift Bournemouth up to sixth in the table, whilst Leeds can go 14th if they win by five goals or more.

Team News

Bournemouth have no fresh injury concerns to report with Julio Soler and Lewis Cook set to return from respective thigh and hamstring injuries, if the pair pass late fitness tests.

Justin Kluivert (knee) remains absent.

Leeds have no fresh injury concerns to report following their 3-0 victory at home to Wolves.

Dan James (adductor) is back in training but not expected to feature, whilst Anton Stach (ankle) remain absent.

When is Kick-Off?

Bournemouth host Leeds at Vitality Stadium on Wednesday 22 April at 8pm BST, live on Sky Sports Premier League in the UK.

Prediction

With confidence still high after a clinical victory in an evenly-matched battle at Newcastle, Bournemouth now need to just keep their heads down and focus on their own performance because I do think that they can easily push for European qualification on current form.

Leeds meanwhile have a great chance to all but mathematically secure survival with a win here but I do think that there will be one eye on Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea, but they’ve certainly found a late-season groove lately so hopefully they will test the Cherries here.

I however just think that Bournemouth will have too much quality given that they have a 11-day break after this so can afford to give that extra fight for a winner in the closing minutes.

Prediction: Bournemouth 2-1 Leeds

Result: Bournemouth 2-2 Leeds
