Tottenham Hotspur Women’s manager, Martin Ho has signed a new long-term contract at the club.

Ho joined the North London club from SK Brann in July 2025 and in just eight months, he has overseen a strong Women’s Super League campaign, with Spurs currently sat fifth and only eight points off the final UEFA Women’s Champions League qualification spot held by Chelsea with four games left in the campaign.

He also guided them to the Quarter-Finals of the Women’s League Cup earlier this season, which has been matched by their run to the same stage in the Women’s FA Cup, where they will visit Chelsea on Easter Monday 6 April in a 13:30pm BST kick-off at Kingsmeadow.

Tottenham consequently have acted swiftly to reward Ho with a new contract, which left the 35-year old delighted to be entrusted with a new long-term deal but iterated that they need to keep building a consistent team capable of showcasing their talent and quality.

“I’m really proud to extend my time at Tottenham Hotspur. I want to thank the Club for the trust and belief they’ve shown in me, that alignment is vital when you’re building something with real purpose.

“From the moment I arrived, there was a clear vision around the direction of the Club, and together we’ve started to lay strong foundations in terms of identity, standards and the way we want to work every day.

“What we’re building is something that demands consistency, discipline and a relentless drive to improve both on and off the pitch.

“We want to be a team that plays with intensity, clarity and personality, and an environment where people are developed, supported and accountable. There has been progress, but we know there is much more to come.

“I’m fully committed to continuing that journey and ensuring we build a team that doesn’t rely on moments, but dominates through structure, intensity and control while representing this Club with passion and pride.”

Tottenham Women Managing Director, Andy Rogers added that Ho’s new contract represented “an important step” in future planning for the club, as he praised Ho for his impact and implementation of style with ambitions to build a young team with ambition as new players arrive in the future.

“In a short period of time, he has made a clear impact – on our performances, our environment and the standards we set every day.

“He is exactly the profile of coach we want for this team. He has brought a clear way of playing, brave, passionate and ruthless, and combined that with the structure and discipline needed to compete consistently.

“What stands out just as much is how he builds every day. The detail, the intensity and the belief he creates within the group are already shaping a young, ambitious squad that wants to improve and win at the highest level.

“That environment will be a key factor in the players we attract and develop over the coming seasons.

“We are still building, but there is a clear direction to what we are doing, and we believe Martin has the qualities to lead that over the long-term.”
