Bromley continue their automatic promotion push against Cheltenham in midweek Sky Bet League Two action.
Andy Woodman’s Ravens will stay top regardless of the result, whilst Cheltenham can stay 18th with a win although a draw or defeat would be enough if Shrewsbury slip up elsewhere.
Team News
Bromley have no fresh injury concerns to report after their 1-1 draw at home to Notts County on Valentine’s Day.
Kyle Cameron (unspecified) and Omar Sowunmi (shoulder) are likely to remain absent such is the lack of information on their return dates.
Cheltenham will be without Arkell Jude-Boyd following his red card at Barnet on Valentine’s Day.
Ben Stevenson is a doubt after he suffered a knee injury in that game.
When is Kick-Off?
Bromley host Cheltenham on Tuesday 17 February at 7:45pm GMT, live on Sky Sports+ in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Bromley are yet to lose to Cheltenham in the EFL (W2, D1).
- Cheltenham lost 3-0 in their only previous EFL visit to Bromley on the final day of 2024-25 season.
- Five of Bromley’s six EFL goals against Cheltenham were scored by Michael Cheek (3) and Sowunmi (2), whilst Nicke Kabamba has scored once for the Ravens against the Robins.
- Ashley Charles has been booked in two of Bromley’s four home games in 2026 (W2, D2).
- Cheltenham have claimed just four points in their last eight league matches (W1, D1, L6).
Prediction
Having stuttered to a valuable point against Notts County amidst farcical refereeing which did both teams dirty, Bromley just need to regroup as still top with their home record intact and now have a run of favourable games starting with this fixture if can stay focused and be more clinical.
Cheltenham meanwhile are nine points above the relegation zone so realistically will be safe if can pick up points here and there, but I really do expect them to play more defensive to try and grind a point out like they did at Barnet but they will want a win to end their rut.
I however just don’t see that happening here given their defensive vulnerabilities and Bromley’s strong 26-match goalscoring form at home across all competitions, so this really should be an one-sided result.
Prediction: Bromley 2-0 Cheltenham
Result: Bromley 1-1 Cheltenham
