TNT and BBC Announce Second Round Broadcast Picks in 2025-26 FA Cup

TNT Sports and BBC have announced their second-round picks in 2025-26 FA Cup.

TNT will kick off the second round with Salford’s tie against League One’s Leyton Orient on Friday 5 December at 7:30pm GMT.

Their sole exclusive game on Saturday 6 December comes live from Chesterfield as the Spireites host Doncaster Rovers at 7:30pm on TNT Sports 1.

Sunday 7 December’s action kicks off with an all sixth-tier showdown as Slough host Macclesfield at Arbour Park in a 12:30pm kick-off on TNT Sports 2 in the first of a double-header for TNT’s second channel, as Walsall’s trip to Gateshead follows at 3:30pm.

TNT Sports’ teatime match on 7 December comes from Bloomfield Road as Blackpool host National League’s Carlisle United.

TNT’s second-round coverage will conclude at St James’ Park on Monday 8 December as Brackley Town entertain Burton Albion in a 7:30pm kick-off on TNT Sports 1 with the fifth-tier hosts seeking another cupset after they eliminated Notts County in the first round.

BBC’s simultaneous coverage of two ties will begin at Gander Green Lane on 6 December as they provide to free-to-air coverage of Sutton’s home tie against Shrewsbury, with TNT’s coverage airing on TNT Sports 2.

Newport County’s trip to Boreham Wood will take place at 2:30pm on 7 December on BBC2 for terrestrial viewers, whilst TNT will air coverage of that clash on TNT Sports 1.
