McLaren junior, Brando Badoer has joined Rodin Motorsport for the 2026 F3 season.

Badoer graduated to F3 this season with PREMA but finished 25th in the driver standings with 13 points from three top-nine finishes in the last five races – including a season-best sixth-placed finish in the Hungarian Sprint followed by a seventh-placed result in the Feature Race at Hungaroring.

The 19-year-old Italian subsequently decided to move to Rodin in hope for a more successful second season in F3 and is eager to get preparation underway at the first post-season test in Jerez, Spain, from 7-8 October which is followed by a second test in Barcelona from 15-16 October.

The final post-season test will take place in Imola, Italy from 21-22 October.

“I’m super excited to be joining the Rodin F3 team for next season. I can’t wait to get it started, full push!”

Sporting Director, Benn Huntingford added: “We’re delighted to welcome Brando to Rodin Motorsport for FIA F3 in 2026. He’s shown great speed and maturity, and we’re confident he’ll make a strong impact with the team.”
