Right-back Freddie Taylor has signed a professional contract at Bromley Football Club.

Taylor’s arrival at Copperjax Community Stadium comes just months after he left Brentford’s B-Team following two years with the Bees.

Announcing Taylor’s move to the Ravens, Bromley issued the following statement: “We are delighted to announce that 18-year-old right-back Freddie Taylor has penned a professional deal following his departure from Brentford B in the summer.”

The 18 year-old right-back began his career with Harrow before he joined Watford and represented the Hornets from Under-7 to Under-15 level, before he made the switch to Brentford in July 2023.

Taylor will wear the number 42 shirt this season and has been named on the bench for the Ravens’ Carabao Cup tie against Ipswich Town in the first round tonight, live on Sky Sports in the UK.
