Prediction

With the Premier League no longer a top priority at this stage of the season as evidenced by a lacklustre defensive display at Liverpool despite an initially bright start and regulars rested, Tottenham need to ensure that decision pays off with a strong clinical performance showing their peak best.

Bodø/Glimt though are bit of an unknown quantity given their lack of major European semi-final experience but they have lost their away legs in the knockout stages, which all ended 2-1 in normal time at least so they will be a gutsy team to break down especially as they will want to stay in the tie ahead of their home leg.

Either way this game certainly doesn’t feel like it will be easy because for all of Tottenham’s quality, they’re inconsistent and I can see Bodø/Glimt looking to take advantage of that issue but Spurs ideally need to win this otherwise they’re in trouble heading into the in the second leg given Bodø/Glimt’s strong home form.

Prediction: Tottenham 2-1 Bodø/Glimt

Result: Tottenham 3-1 Bodø/Glimt
