Brentford meet Everton in a mid-table Premier League contest at Gtech Community Stadium.
Victory will see 11th-placed Brentford move to within two points of the top ten, whilst Everton can go 13th with a win if Tottenham lose elsewhere.

Stat Attack
- Brentford are winless in their last five league meetings against Everton (D2, L3).
- Everton are unbeaten in two of their three previous Premier League visits to Brentford (W1, D1, L1).
- Brentford have scored one goal in each of their three previous Premier League home clashes against Everton.
- Thomas Frank’s Bees have lost both of their last two home matches by 2-0 results against Liverpool and Tottenham respectively.
- Everton have won one of their four league visits to London-based opposition this season (W1, D2, L1).
Prediction
Having battered Leicester in a clinically dominant display amidst some solid defending when the Foxes counter-attacked, Brentford just need to continue playing with the same intensity but more consistently if want a late push for a top-ten finish if not European qualification.
Everton meanwhile were absolutely excellent against Man Utd for the first 70 minutes but once Bruno Fernandes pulled a goal back, they seemed to switch off defensively which cost them what could of been a well-executed victory but they’re undoubtedly on the right track with more attacking bite to their game.
I am therefore expecting a competitively open game between these two sides but if Brentford can continue to be clinical, I fancy them to nick this.
Prediction: Brentford 2-1 Everton
Result: Brentford 1-1 Everton
