Prediction
Having enjoyed nearly a fortnight to prepare for this match after they were outclassed at Chelsea in their last league outing and with Ferguson available to start up top, West Ham certainly have an opportunity to kick on if their front three can gel quickly as Bowen and Ferguson should be a good pair in terms of goals potential.
Brentford meanwhile just lacked an alternative plan and creativity to break down Tottenham’s resilient defence as they really should of won that game, if only they had been more risky and mixed up their attacking build-up play but the break has allowed them to regroup and hopefully come up with more creative alternative tactics.
Both teams also have similar home and away records respectively in London derbies this season so I do expect a tough game but if Brentford can show variety, they should nick the win.
