Brentford have activated an one-year contract extension for midfielder, Myles Peart-Harris, keeping him at the club until June 2026.
Peart-Harris is currently on loan at Swansea where he has scored two goals and contributed three assists in 23 appearances, having initially featured for Brentford in their 1-0 Second Round win at Colchester in the Carabao Cup – which marked his most recent of eight appearances for the Bees.
The 22 year-old began his career at Bedfont Green before he joined Chelsea where he graduated through their academy but didn’t make a single senior appearance, before he joined Brentford on a free transfer in July 2021.
Although he spent 2021-22 season with the B-team which won the London Senior Cup, Peart-Harris made two appearances in the senior squad across both cup competitions.
The following two seasons saw Peart-Harris move on loan to Forest Green Rovers and Portsmouth in League One, where he he netted eight goals in 59 total appearances across both loan spells combined.
Peart-Harris also helped Portsmouth to League One promotion despite making just 12 appearances on loan in the second-half of last season.
