Prediction
With just two defeats at home in all competitions this season and just one clean sheet in their last five despite their strong quality, Fenerbahce clearly lack that tight defensive edge despite their evident attacking prowess.
Man Utd though have their own issues with inconsistent form although like in September, they returned from the international break – this time with a clinical comeback over Brentford despite poor set-piece marking.
I am therefore unsure as to what to expect from Utd such is their inconsistency from one game to the next, whilst their three trips to Turkey in the post Sir Alex Ferguson era has left a lot to be desired literally.
A draw feels like a safe bet on that note especially given Utd’s European away issues which were evident in how they almost collapsed to defeat at Porto from 2-0 up in their last away trip aboard.
