Arsenal have been handed a difficult ‘group of death’ in 2024-25 UEFA Women’s Champions League Group Stage.

Reigning Women’s Super League champions, Chelsea were placed in Group B where they will be favourites to advance as group winners, having been drawn against Real Madrid, Twente and Celtic.
Manchester City are back in the group phase for the first time since 2020-21 season, and have been drawn in Group D alongside reigning champions, Barcelona, plus St Polten and Hammarby.
Last season’s runners-up and eight-time champions, Lyon headlines Group A which also features two-time champions, Wolfsburg, whilst Roma and Turkey’s Galatasaray who is the first Turkish team to reach this stage of the women’s competition.
Group stage fixtures will be held across six matchweeks starting with the midweek of 8-9 October, and conclude across the midweek of 17-18 December, with the top two in each group progressing to the knockout stages.
