Prediction
Although it is easy to say that Utd were unlucky at Brighton, they just were wasteful at times whilst dips in their defensive marking were clinically punished, so they really need to find that final touch and cut out those dips in focus.
Liverpool meanwhile were just clinical in how they brushed past Brentford with a well-managed performance with patience and composure, but this is now their first proper test under Slot against a heavyweight team.
It therefore wouldn’t be a surprise if this match is initially cagey but I just don’t expect the fireworks that we saw at Old Trafford earlier this year, and a draw would be a solid result to take into the international break.
