Guide to 2024 Italian Grand Prix at Monza as Ferrari look to deliver on home soil.

Whilst all attention will be on Ferrari at their home race, Red Bull and Max Verstappen faces a tough task to avoid allowing McLaren and Lando Norris making further inroads in the constructors’ and drivers’ title battles.

This race meanwhile will ring a new temporary dawn at Williams following Logan Sargeant’s sacking, with Franco Colapinto set for his proper F1 race weekend bow – having only ran in FP1 at the British GP earlier this year.

Now, here is a full guide to everything that you need to know ahead of 2024 Italian Grand Prix from track information to key pointers and more.

Five Key Pointers

Last Time Out

Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz claimed pole position in 2023 but the race was delayed after two formation laps due to an issue with Yuki Tsunoda’s power unit, which meant that his car couldn’t be swiftly removed from the track.

Once the race began 20 minutes later than scheduled, Sainz fought off Verstappen until the Dutchman passed on Lap 15 for a record tenth straight GP victory, whilst Sergio Perez passed Sainz on Lap 46 to complete a Red Bull one-two finish.
