Defender, Danny Imray has joined Bromley on a season-long loan from Crystal Palace.
Imray’s loan move comes after he produced nine goals and 11 assists for Crystal Palace’s Under-21s squad in all competitions last season, as the Eagles finished ninth in PL2 standings then lost 3-2 to Liverpool in Round of 16 in the Elimination Play-Offs.
The full-back also scored three goals as Palace won the 2023-24 Premier League International Cup, during which they beat PSV Eindhoven in the Final.
Following confirmation of his move, Imray took to Instagram to share his happiness at joining the Raves and can’t wait to meet the fans across the campaign.
Bromley meanwhile are preparing for their maiden EFL League 2 campaign after they claimed promotion via National League Play-Offs, albeit on penalties after a classic Play-Off Final against Solihull Moors in May 2024.
Imray joined Palace from Chelmsford City in February 2021, only to return to his former club the following season on loan before he spent the last two seasons with the Eagles’ U21s.
Imray’s first competitive EFL appearance could come on Saturday 10 August as Bromley visit Harrogate, before Andy Woodman’s Ravens host AFC Wimbledon in Carabao Cup then League 2 on 13 and 17 August respectively live on Sky Sports+ in UK.
