Stat Attack

Prediction

After a utterly dominant performance against Man Utd albeit devoid of much end product, Brentford were lucky to snatch a point after a late defensive switch-off put thee visitors in front but there are positives to build upon here if can show more composure in their final touches.

Brighton meanwhile were excellent at Liverpool on the attack in the first half but often just lacked that decisive touch after their early goal, whilst their defence showed resilience not to wilt under Liverpool’s growing attacking dominance aside from costly tiny errors.

Throw in the respective battles for survival and European qualification on top of two attacking teams then this does feel like it will be a cracker with goals at both ends, so a draw might well be a fair result.

Prediction: Brentford 1-1 Brighton

Result: Brentford 0-0 Brighton
