Manchester City have drawn Chelsea in the headline tie of 2023-24 FA Cup Semi-Finals.
Pep Guardiola’s Cityzens will face Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea in the stand-out tie of the semi-final draw, having already played out two classics in the Premier League this season – having drawn 4-4 at Stamford Bridge then 1-1 at the Etihad Stadium.
Reigning champions, City beat Newcastle in the Quarter-Finals to secure their place in the last four, whilst Chelsea needed two injury-time goals to defeat Leicester.
Coventry’s reward for upsetting Wolves at Molineux is a tie against last season’s runners-up, Manchester United, in what will be the Sky Blues’ first FA Cup semi-final since they won the competition in 1986-87 season.
Utd though needed a last-gasp extra-time winner from Amad Diallo to beat Liverpool 4-3 in a Quarter-Final epic at Old Trafford.
Broadcast details will be confirmed in due course with BBC having first pick, whilst ITV will show the other semi-final tie.
