Red Bull have cleared their F1 Team Principal, Christian Horner of inappropriate behaviour allegations, following an independent investigation.

During the off-season, an unnamed employee filed a complaint against Horner to Red Bull who promptly launched an immediate independing investigation, due to considering the allegations as an “extremely serious” matter.

Horner swiftly denied the allegations and following completion of the independent investigation, Red Bull reviewed the findings and cleared Horner of any wrongdoing, with “the grievance” dismissed by Red Bull GmbH – the overall conglomerate company.

Confirming their decision, Red Bull released the following statement: “The investigation report is confidential and contains the private information of the parties and third parties who assisted in the investigation, and therefore we will not be commenting further out of respect for all concerned.”

“Red Bull is confident that the investigation has been fair, rigorous and impartial.”

Horner is now free to continue in his current role which has seen him guide Red Bull to seven F1 driver titles and six constructor titles, which includes 113 race victories and 95 pole positions.

Red Bull are currently in Bahrain preparing for the 2024 season opener which commences with two practice sessions on 29 February.
