Fulham face Bournemouth in a mid-table Premier League clash at Craven Cottage.
Victory would see Fulham leapfrog Bournemouth into 12th in the table, whilst Andoni Iraola’s Cherries can open a four-point gap to the Cottagers with a win.
Team News
Armando Broja could start for Fulham after he was restricted to a substitute appearance in their 2-2 draw at Burnley.
Adama Traore (hamstring) and Harry Wilson (shoulder) are expected to be available for selection after they resumed training this week.
Issa Diop, Raul Jimenez (both hamstring), Calvin Bassey, Fode Ball-Toure and Alex Iwobi (all international duty) remain absent.
Bournemouth could hand new signing, Enes Unal his debut after he missed their 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest due to a delay surrounding his visa process.
Philip Billing however is suspended after he was sent off in that draw but Ryan Christie (leg) is expected to be available.
Darren Randolph (illness), James Hill (ankle), Max Aarons (muscle), Ryan Fredericks (calf) and Tyler Adams (hamstring) remain absent.
When is Kick-Off?
Fulham host Bournemouth at Craven Cottage on Saturday 10 February at 3pm GMT, untelevised live in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Fulham have won one of their last five Premier League meetings against Bournemouth (W1, D1, L3).
- Bournemouth have claimed four out of a possible six points from their two previous Premier League visits to Fulham (W1, D1).
- Dominic Solanke has scored in all five of his Bournemouth appearances against Fulham (W2, D3).
- Antonee Robinson has made more touches on the ball than any other Fulham player this season, with 1,563 touches in 22 appearances.
- Lewis Cook has claimed more interceptions than any other Bournemouth player this season, with 38 interceptions in 17 appearances.
Prediction
After they blew a two-goal lead with a late defensive meltdown, Fulham have to simply put that draw behind them and refocus if want to stay away from the suction of a relegation scrap because they were dominant until that late meltdown.
Bournemouth meanwhile will be up for this game after some sluggish marking saw them held at home by Forest in a close game, where the Cherries started clinically but a mixture of some outstretched marking and tame shot conversion cost them victory.
One point also separates both teams coming into this game and I do think that the contest will be an accurate reflection of how closely matched both teams are currently, so a draw might be a fair result.
Prediction: Fulham 1-1 Bournemouth
Result: Fulham 3-1 Bournemouth
