Arsenal meet Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium in a blockbuster showdown in the 2023-24 Premier League title race.
Victory or a draw would see Arsenal move up to second with Manchester City not in action until Monday evening.
Liverpool meanwhile can extend their lead over the pair at the summit to eight points with a win.

Stat Attack
- Arsenal have won one of their last seven league meetings against Liverpool (W1, D2, L4).
- Liverpoool are unbeaten in six of their last eight league visits to Arsenal (W3, D3, L2).
- Ex Liverpool striker, Roberto Firmino scored in each of the Reds’ last two league visits to Arsenal.
- Mikel Arteta’s Gunners have kept just two clean sheets in their last five league games at home (W4, L1).
- Jurgen Klopp’s Reds have won just one of their three league visits to London-based clubs this season (W1, D1, L1).
Prediction
Having thrashed Crystal Palace in their last home game, Arsenal returned to their recent sloppy end product in their ultimately clinical win at Nottingham Forest in midweek but that performance might stand them well here if have to play the long game.
Liverpool meanwhile were just ruthless in their dismantling of Chelsea in midweek aside from a sloppy defensive switch-off which cost them a clean sheet, but I do expect them to face a difficult test here now Arsenal are firing again.
Throw in the fact that Arsenal realistically need to win this game to keep their title hopes firmly alive going into the next few months, and I do feel like this could be a cracking contest but Liverpool do have enough quality to nick a draw given their form.
Prediction: Arsenal 2-2 Liverpool
Result: Arsenal 3-1 Liverpool
