BBC and ITV have announced their broadcast picks in the Third Round of 2023-24 FA Cup.
BBC will broadcast the blockbuster clash between 14-time champions, Arsenal against eight-time winners, Liverpool at Emirates Stadium on Sunday 7 January, live on BBC One with a 4:30pm GMT kick-off.
BBC One will also head to Middlesbrough as Michael Carrick’s Boro host Unai Emery’s high-flying Aston Villa in a 5:30pm GMT kick-off on Saturday 6 January at the Riverside Stadium.
ITV will commence their Third Round coverage on Thursday 4 January with an all Premier League clash as Crystal Palace host Everton at Selhurst Park, with kick-off confirmed for 8pm GMT on ITV4.
Tottenham’s home tie against Burnley will be broadcast on ITV1 in a 8pm GMT kick-off on Friday 5 January, whilst Sunderland host Newcastle on the same channel at 12:45pm GMT on Saturday 6 January in the Tyne-Wear derby at Stadium of Light.
ITV1 will also have coverage of the concluding Third Round tie on Monday 8 January at 8:15pm GMT, as League One’s Wigan Athletic look to cause a giant killing against Erik Ten Hag’s Manchester United who finished runners-up last season.
