Pepe Marti will partner Isack Hadjar at Campos for the 2024 F2 season.

Marti has spent the majority of his single-seater career racing for Campos in which he finished third in 2021 Spanish F4, before he went on to spend the last two seasons in F3 during which he took three wins and two pole positions across this alone en-route to fifth in the standings.

His performances also earned Marti a place within Red Bull’s junior team which meant that he will get full support from the reigning F1 champions for next season.

Speaking about his decision to move up to F2 for nxt season, Marti commented: “It’s a dream come true to jump into a Formula 2, it’s another step in my journey and learning to reach Formula 1 in the future.

As well with Campos Racing, the team which I’ve been with through all my single seater career, it’s a very special opportunity to test here at Abu Dhabi and I’m looking forward to learning quickly and enjoying every lap!”

Marti will be partnered by fellow Red Bull junior, Isack Hadjar who moves across from Hitech GP, where he finished 14th in the championship this season – just two points behind fellow rookie teammate, Jak Crawford.

Upon confirmation of his switch to Campos, Hadjar said: “I’m really looking forward to start working with the team! I now have experience in the FIA F2 Championship and with Campos Racing’s potential and capabilities, we will reach the top!”

Team Principal, Adrian Campos is “proud” to sign two Red Bull junior drivers and the team will run a Red Bull livery as part of a new partnership with the F1 team.

Campos also iterated that both Marti and Hadjar are capable of success as he explained: “Isack and Pepe are two very young pilots but their skills and talent allow them to make rapid progress in every category.

“It will be a huge pleasure to work together and we will give our maximum to achieve the best possible results. I have no doubts that 2024 promises to be an exciting season for Campos Racing. The next season has already begun for us. Let’s rock!”

This announcement comes after Kush Maini was confirmed to move to Virtuosi for next season, whilst Ralph Boschung is expected to remain on the grid with confirmation to come in due course,
