2023-24 Premier League: Week Six – Crystal Palace vs Fulham

Crystal Palace meet Fulham at Selhurst Park in a London derby in the Premier League.

Victory would lift Palace up to seventh in the table, whilst Fulham themselves can go seventh with a win and leapfrog the Eagles in the process.

Prediction

After their late defensive implosion at Villa last weekend, Palace now need to quickly put that out of their mind and refocus with Roy Hodgson now back in charge – having missed that game due to illness, because they otherwise were solid and clinical for much of the game.

Fulham meanwhile need to improve and show more creativity than they showed in their narrow home win over Luton until substitutions made the difference, because Palace will pose a tougher test over 90 minutes than Luton did in terms of creative quality and attack.

In fact, this might well be another close battle for Marco Silva’s Cottagers and a draw might well be a fair result.

Prediction: Crystal Palace 1-1 Fulham

Result: Crystal Palace 0-0 Fulham
