Lewes will host Manchester United in the stand-out tie of the Quarter-Final draw in 2022-23 Women’s FA Cup.

Second-tier Lewes are the lowest ranked team left in the competition after beating Cardiff 6-1 in the Fifth Round, and will now face Women’s Super League (WSL) leaders – Manchester United at home in a mouth-watering tie at The Dripping Pan.

Utd meanwhile thrashed Durham 5-0 and now know that victory over Lewes will see them reach the semi-finals for the first time in their history.

Three-time champions, Manchester City meanwhile visit Aston Villa in a difficult tie after having lost their WSL season-opener at Villa, which was followed by a 1-1 draw at home in January.

Villa however needed penalties to edge past 2019 finalists – West Ham, whilst City thrashed Bristol City to set up this tie.

Five-time winners, Chelsea will visit Reading in an all-WSL tie as Emma Hayes’ Blues continue their quest to claim a third consecutive title, whilst the Royals look to reach the semi-finals for the first time since 2018-19 season.

2011-12 holders, Birmingham City meanwhile will be looking to defy their second-tier status as they host Brighton & Hove Albion at St Andrew’s Stadium.

All four Quarter-Final ties will be played on Sunday 19 March, with the winners all securing a last-four spot in the semi-finals which are scheduled for the weekend of 15 & 16 April.

This season’s Women’s FA Cup Final is scheduled for Sunday 14 May at Wembley Stadium, London.
