With Formula One teams returning to work following the summer break, we take a look at just what the drivers got up to on their holidays.
From Greek adventures to relaxing holidays across central Europe to enjoying alternative sports, the entire grid have certainly made the most of their time off in their own individual ways.
We therefore have rounded up the best takes of how each driver across all ten teams have spent their summer holidays, as preparations now begin for the upcoming Belgian Grand Prix at Spa Francorchamps.
Mercedes

Lewis Hamilton spent the summer break relaxing beachside whilst also focusing on training after suffering fatigue during the post Hungarian Grand Prix celebrations in Budapest, having had to fight his way through the field to third which became second after Sebastian Vettel’s disqualification.
Valtteri Bottas meanwhile spent his break training and participating in a duathlon, tweeting various pictures of him in training and at the event.

Bottas also got involved in a gravel race where he finished fifth overall but runner-up in his age group.

Red Bull
Having lost the championship lead following two difficult races at Silverstone and Hungaroring, Max Verstappen opted for a quiet summer break as he spent time with family and loved ones as well as hitting the Monaco waters on his jet ski.

Sergio Perez also opted for a quiet summer holiday but took time out to tweet of his disappointment at the cancellation of this year’s Japanese Grand Prix.

Like Leclerc, Lando Norris decided to head to Greece for a summer break as he hung out with close friends on a quiet getaway.

Alpine
Hungarian GP race winner, Esteban Ocon enjoyed a grounded fortnight break as he stayed close to his home country of France, heading down to Monaco before visiting the island of Porquerolles.
Ocon then concluded his break by attending 24 Hours of Le Mans on behalf of Alpine, where he drove in an exhibition parade of Alpine cars alongside F1 teammate, Fernando Alonso.

AlphaTauri
Pierre Gasly headed to Ibiza, Spain to soak up his summer break with family and friends as well as enjoy a spot of water sports.

Yuki Tsunoda meanwhile opted for a relaxing break full of great scenery although he did take time out to tweet of his disappointment at his home race at Suzuka, Japan being cancelled and bemused the extension of not being allowed to eat Japanese food.
