Rolando Aarons is set to be in contention for Huddersfield after recovering from a hamstring injury suffered in mid February.

New signing, Oumar Niasse is ruled out after suffering a groin injury on debut in a behind-closed-doors friendly during the international break against Rochdale.

Josh Koroma, Danny Grant (both hamstring), Harry Toffolo (back), Christopher Schindler and Carel Eiting (both knee) remain absent.

Brentford have no fresh injury concerns to report as Rico Henry (hamstring) and Shandon Baptiste (knee) remain sidelined.

Prediction

Huddersfield enter this match unbeaten in their last four games but they continue to lack that sharp touch up front, with three draws from those four matches despite their defence improving which is a positive coming into this tough fixture.

Brentford meanwhile are recovering from their recent slump quite well but they have failed to see their last two matches out after taking early leads, with their defensive quality dropping after half-time on both occasions which is a concern.

This game therefore is crucial for Thomas Frank’s Bees but their recent record in this fixture has been quite poor, which coupled with Huddersfield’s improved form makes a draw the likely bet here.

Prediction: Huddersfield 1-1 Brentford

Result: Huddersfield 1-1 Brentford
