Burnley welcome Premier League leaders, Manchester City to Turf Moor in a midweek Premier League clash.
Victory would see Burnley boost their survival hopes whereas Man City are looking to extend their lead at the top of the table.

Josh Brownhill could return for Burnley after missing Sunday’s defeat at Chelsea with a foot injury.
Ashley Barnes (knock) and Charlie Taylor (hamstring) are also set to be in contention but Robbie Brady (Achilles) and Chris Wood (hamstring) are doubts.
Man City have no fresh injury concerns as Nathan Ake (muscle), Kevin De Bruyne (hamstring) and Sergio Aguero (Coronavirus) remain ruled out.

- Man City have conceded just four points in their last five league trips to Turf Moor (W3, D1, L1).
- City’s Ferran Torres have scored once in both previous clashes against Burnley in all competitions this season.
- Burnley’s Nick Pope has kept seven clean sheets in the league this season, which is a joint-high for English goalkeepers alongside Southampton’s Alex McCarthy.
- Fernandinho is City’s only outfield player to have made a last man tackle so far this season.
Prediction
Burnley were below par on Sunday at Chelsea because they showed very little attacking intent and instead seemed more interested in just defending deep from within their box, which is a slight concern because Man City will be tougher opposition so Burnley must come out and attack more if want a result.
City though endured a tough test on Saturday because Sheffield United offered a robust defensive display, whilst causing issues on the attack which caused issues amongst the Citizens’ defence at times.
Burnley therefore should look to draw inspiration from the Blades’ performance because if they repeat Sunday’s defending again, I can see only one outcome here.
