2019-20 Sky Bet Championship: Week 32 – Wednesday

Millwall welcome Fulham to The Den in a blockbuster London derby as both teams vie for promotion from the Sky Bet Championship.

A win could see Millwall climb back up to eighth whilst Fulham can move above Leeds into the top two if they can take victory over the Lions.

Millwall have no fresh injury concerns to report as Ryan Leonard remains out with a knee injury.

Goalkeeper, Frank Fielding and midfielder, Ben Thompson are still out with respective arm and ankle injuries.

Fulham have no fresh injury concerns as Maxime Le Marchand remains sidelined with a back injury.

Harrison Reed (calf) and Alfie Mawson (knee) are also ruled out.

Prediction

Millwall will be desperate to come out and deliver a stronger performance than they produced on Sunday, albeit in very difficult conditions against West Brom whilst Fulham were lucky to squeeze a win at Blackburn on Saturday.

I therefore can see the Lions giving Fulham a tough test if they can unlock that attacking edge which wasn’t present on Sunday, especially if they’re not to suffer a fifth straight defeat against their cross-London rivals.

A draw therefore would be a good result for Millwall in a hectic month like February but I feel that Fulham are building some serious momentum, and could get a record fifth straight win over the Lions here.

Prediction: Millwall 1-2 Fulham

Result: Millwall 1-1 Fulham
