This week’s Monday Night Football sees Swansea City look to strengthen their survival bid as they welcome Europe chasing Liverpool to Liberty Stadium.
Team news
Swansea will have defender, Mike Van Der Hoorn available after scans confirmed no hamstring injury.
Renato Sanches could also feature, having sat the last two games out with a hamstring issue.
Tammy Abrahams meanwhile is a doubt up front with an ongoing hip injury.
Captain, Angel Rangel is still recovering from a calf injury so will miss this game, but could feature in upcoming games.
Jurgen Klopp could hand Virgil van Dijk his Premier League debut for Liverpool here, after the Dutch centre back recovered from a hamstring complaint.
Daniel Sturridge is fit but subject to a move by Sevilla, making it unclear if he could feature here.
Ragnar Klavan, Dejan Lovren and Mohamed Salah have all missed training sessions with illness this week.
Jordan Henderson and Alberto Moreno are still slowly coming back to full fitness from respective hamstring and ankle injuries.

With the relegation battle growing incredibly tight from Everton down to West Bromwich Albion in 19th, a win here is vital for Swansea’s survival hopes.
They however need to overcome their inability to score at home in order to do so and maybe that will be their inspiration here.
Liverpool meanwhile have lost Phillipe Coutinho since the Boxing Day meeting but are still on fire.
In summary, I hope to see goals here but Liverpool will win marring a shock defeat.
