Everton head to Croatia with a 2-0 lead over Hajduk Split. Can they complete the job and progress into the Europa League group stages?
Davy Klaassen and Sandro Ramirez are ruled out with a foot and heel problem respectively. Both are also expected to miss Sunday’s trip to Chelsea.
Gylfi Sigurdsson will feature but its unclear if he will start.
James McCarthy, Ramiro Funes Mori, Yannick Bolasie, Seamus Coleman and Ross Barkley.
Hajduk striker, Franck Ohandza is out after picking up an injury in Sunday’s domestic win over Rudes.
His replacement, Ahmed Said scored a hat trick in that win so expect him to be a threat here.
Dangerous home advantage?
Hajduk have won eight of their last nine European home games at Stadion Poljud.
They have however lost five of their last six clashes with English opposition so could being at home prove advantageous in ending that poor run against English teams?
Everton were unlucky at Manchester City on Monday but will be ready to go again.
With a 2-0 lead, they can afford to sit back and defend deep but I expect them to try and attack with goals at both ends.
Ultimately, Everton will have a bit too much within them and take a 2-1 win.
Prediction: Hajduk Split 1-2 Everton
Result: Hajduk Split 1-1 Everton (Everton win 3-1 on aggregate)
