Tunisia face Netherlands in Group F at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Tunisia have already been eliminated and will finish bottom of Group F, whilst Netherlands can top the group with a win if Japan fail to better their result.
Team News
Tunisia have no fresh injury concerns to report after their 4-0 loss to Japan.
Netherlands could welcome Quinten Timber back after he missed their 5-1 win over Sweden due to concussion protocols.
When is Kick-Off?
Tunisia face Netherlands at Arrowhead Stadium, Kanas, USA, on Thursday 25 June at 6pm CDT (00:00am BST, Friday 26 June), live on BBC One and BBC iPlayer in the UK.
Stat Attack
- This is Tunisia’s first World Cup meeting against Netherlands.
- Netherlands have won one of their three previous meetings against Tunisia in all competitions, which all came in friendlies (W1, D2).
- No Tunisia player has drawn more fouls in their first two matches than Hannibal Mejbri (10).
- Netherlands’ Cody Gakpo has converted two of his five shots on target into goals.
Prediction
With both defence and attack a total mess across their two matches so far and nothing to play for, this is just about salvaging any pride possible for Tunisia but they need one hell of a major improvement just to even draw this game in my view.
Netherlands meanwhile absolutely clinically dismounted Sweden with their high-energy attacking intensity and press, which I expect to see more of here as this is a chance to top the group although losing might give them the better knockout path.
I however just don’t see the Dutch losing this by any stretch such is the contrast in form of both teams.
Prediction: Tunisia 0-3 Netherlands
Result: Tunisia 1-3 Netherlands
