Rock-bottom Barrow entertain League Two leaders, Bromley in a massive showdown affecting both ends of the table.
Victory would lift Barrow out of the relegation zone if at least two of Harrogate, Newport and Crawley lose elsewhere.
Bromley will stay top regardless of the result, but a win could move them as much as eight points clear of second-placed MK Dons who face a tough trip to Salford.
Team News
Ben Whitfield could return for Barrow subject to late fitness checks following his recovery from an unspecified injury.
Jovan Malcolm (leg), Freddie Anderson, Charlie Raglan and Kane Hemmings remain absent.
Bromley have no fresh injury concerns to report following their 1-0 victory at home to Colchester.
Kyle Cameron and Michael Cheek (hamstring) are unlikely to be available for selection.
When is Kick-Off?
Barrow host Bromley at Holker Street on Saturday 28 March at 3pm GMT, live on Sky Sports+ in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Barrow are yet to beat Bromley in the EFL (D2, L1).
- Bromley drew 3-3 in their only previous EFL visit to Barrow in April 2025.
- Neither team have kept a clean sheet in their three previous EFL meetings, across which Barrow scored five goals to Bromley’s six.
- Barrow have won just one of their last 13 home matches (W1, D4, L8), across which they have scored just one goal in their last six games on their own turf – which came in a 1-0 win against Colchester in February 2026.
- Bromley can win four consecutive matches for the first time since their seven-match streak between December 2025 – January 2026.
Prediction
Coming into this match with just one win in their last 13 league matches at home and an embarrassing 5-0 loss at Grimsby where their defence was just poor amidst a lack of clinical finishing up top. Barrow now have to produce a serious response if want to keep pace in the battle for survival.
Bromley meanwhile are now a club-record 21 matches unbeaten and with a nine-point gap to fourth-placed Notts County after their clinical win against Colchester, so the pressure in a way is off them but this team doesn’t feel pressure despite grinding out 1-0 wins in their last three games.
Barrow though need to start well and be more tighter defensively because if Bromley score first and early, I can see this being just one obvious result.
Prediction: Barrow 0-2 Bromley
Result: Barrow 2-1 Bromley
