McLaren have added Gregoire Saucy to their driver development programme for the 2026 season.
Saucy’s arrival onto the programme comes as he prepares to compete for United Autosports in ELMS LMP2 and other ISMA rounds this season, whilst he will also conduct test work within McLaren’s multiple racing disciplines.
The 26-year old Swiss is “really excited” to join McLaren’s Driver Development Programme and is hopeful that he can develop his racecraft with the team.
“The programme offers really important support and a wide range of opportunities as I continue my development across all aspects of being a driver. It’s a great environment to be in, and I’m looking forward to working with the incredible team at McLaren.”
McLaren’s Chief Business Affairs Officer, Alessandro Alunni Bravi added: “Grégoire has impressed in multiple racing categories, providing an excellent foundation for his development in our pathways. We look forward to seeing Grégoire’s progress this year across his racing and testing in endurance categories.”
