2025-26 Premier League: Week 26 – Man City vs Fulham

Title-chasing Manchester City meet Fulham in a huge Premier League clash.

Victory would cut City’s title deficit to Arsenal down to three points, whilst Fulham can climb to eighth with a win if Sunderland loses elsewhere.

Team News

Abdukodir Khusanov is available to feature for Man City despite having suffered concussion during their 2-1 comeback victory at Liverpool.

Savinho (calf) and John Stones (thigh) could return if pass late fitness tests.

Jeremy Doku (muscle), Josko Gvardiol (leg) and Mateo Kovacic (foot) remain sidelined.

Fulham will again be without Tom Cairney after the midfielder missed their 2-1 home loss to Everton due to a calf injury.

Sasa Lukic (muscle) remains sidelined.

When is Kick-Off?

Man City host Fulham at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday 11 February at 7:30pm GMT, live on TNT Sports 4 in the UK.

Stat Attack

  • Man City are unbeaten in their last 21 league meetings against Fulham (W18, D3).
  • Fulham have failed to win any of their last 10 league visits to Man City (D2, L8).
  • City’s Erling Haaland has scored four goals in two of his three home appearances against Fulham in the top flight.
  • Man City’s four league goals at home in 2026 have come from four different goalscorers; Tijani Reijnders, Haaland, Omar Marmoush and Antoine Semenyo in three games (W1, D2).
  • Fulham have won just one of their last three league games (W1, L3).

Prediction

Having dug deep for their victory at Liverpool through two late goals in a highly physical see-saw battle, Man City could feel some fatigue in a busy period but they do have enough depth and quality to still be favourites at home in a fixture which has been favourable in the last two decades.

Fulham meanwhile have defensively dropped off the boil with some sloppy errors costing them draws in their last two matches, but this is a match where they must be focused throughout if want victory given their poor record at the Etihad and tighten up defensively.

Man City though should have enough depth to win this even if Pep Guardiola makes a lot of rotation but despite Fulham’s attacking form, I do think that City will have too much quality especially with the hosts knowing that a lot of rotation can be made in the FA Cup at home to Salford instead on Saturday.

Prediction: Man City 3-1 Fulham

Result: Man City 3-0 Fulham
