Tottenham host London rivals, Fulham in a Premier League encounter at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Depending on results elsewhere, victory could lift Tottenham as high as fourth in the table.
Fulham can climb as high as 13th if Newcastle fail to win away at Everton in the teatime kick-off.
Team News
Cristian Romero is suspended for Tottenham after he picked up his fifth domestic booking in their 4-1 loss at Arsenal last weekend, although he was available for their midweek 5-3 loss away at PSG in the UEFA Champions League.
Radu Dragusin (ACL), Kota Taki (foot), Yves Bissouma (ankle), James Maddison (ACL), Dejan Kulusevski (knee) and Dominic Solanke (ankle) are still ruled out.
Fulham will welcome Sasa Lukic back from suspension which saw him miss their 1-0 home win against Sunderland.
Rodrigo Muniz (hamstring) and Antonee Robinson (knee) remain sidelined.
When is Kick-Off?
Tottenham host Fulham at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday 29 November at 8pm GMT, live on Sky Sports in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Tottenham have won just one of their last four meetings against Fulham (W1, D1, L2).
- Fulham are winless in their last six league visits to Tottenham (D2, L4).
- Tottenham have kept just one clean sheet in their last seven home games against Fulham.
- Tottenham have won just one of four league matches this season in which Richarlison has scored at least one goal (W1, D2, L1).
- Fulham have failed to score in two of their three London derbies so far this season (W1, L2).
Prediction
After their lacklustre league defeat at Arsenal, Tottenham certainly mounted a brave attacking display at PSG but were just outclassed defensively which shows how low their defensive confidence is in contract to their attack.
Throw in three wins in their last 12 matches in all competitions and this does feel like a must-win for Spurs if they’re to turn their form around, and get back into the race for European qualification.
Fulham meanwhile are yet to win on the road this season – excluding penalties which got them past Wycombe in the Carabao Cup’s Fourth Round, which is a concern but if they can be as clinical as they were against Sunderland then that stat could well end here.
I however do think that Tottenham’s attacking quality will prove too much for Fulham but this could be close if the visitors bring the same intensity as we saw last weekend.
Prediction: Tottenham 2-0 Fulham
Result: Tottenham 1-2 Fulham
