2025-26 League Two: Week 11 – Bromley vs Tranmere

Bromley look to halt their recent slump in a massive League Two clash against Tranmere Rovers at Copperjax Community Stadium.

Victory will lift Bromley as high as seventh depending on results elsewhere, whilst Tranmere can move up to 17th if Barrow fail to beat Shrewsbury at home.

Team News

Bromley have no fresh injury concerns to report after their 2-0 loss at Swindon, with only Carl Jenkinson ruled out as he continues his recovery from a hip injury.

Tranmere will welcome Sam Finney back from a 13-match suspension.

Joe Joseph and Joe Ironside however are doubts after the pair were substituted in their goalless draw at home to Cambridge.

Luke McGee (hip) and Josh Williams (knee) remain absent.

When is Kick-Off?

Bromley host Tranmere at Copperjax Stadium on Saturday 4 October at 3pm BST, untelevised live in the UK.

Prediction

After a frustrating September which culminated in a sloppy first-half display in their defeat at Swindon, Bromley must treat this game as a fresher and get back to their defensive yet clinical best because they’re better than the last three displays that fans had endured.

Tranmere meanwhile will have confidence from last season’s double over Andy Woodman’s Ravens but they in similar form and conceded seven goals in their last two away matches, which has to be of concern for Andy Crosby because he needs to shore up their defence if want a win here.

Nevertheless this does feel like a clash that could go either way but with the East Stand now open, I do think that Bromley will get a crucial winning boost from the home crowd to get their promotion push back on track.

Prediction: Bromley 2-1 Tranmere

Result: Bromley 3-3 Tranmere
