2024-25 Premier League: Week 32 – Wolves vs Tottenham

Wolves continue their push towards Premier League survival in a home clash against Tottenham at Molineux.

If West Ham lose elsewhere, victory could see Wolves climb to 16th in the table.

Tottenham can move up to 13th with a win before Manchester United play at Newcastle in the teatime kick-off.

Team News

Pedro Lima is ruled out for Wolves with an ankle injury.

Matheus Cunha is available following completion of his four-match suspension but Yerson Mosquera (knee), Leon Chiwone, Sasa Kalajdzic and Enso Gonzalez (all ACL) remain sidelined.

Tottenham could be without Mickey van de Ven and Destiny Udogie after the defensive duo suffered cramp in their 1-1 draw at home to Eintracht Frankfurt in Europa League on Thursday (10 April) evening.

Dejan Kulusevski (foot), Kevin Danso (hamstring) and Radu Dragusin (ACL) remain absent.

When is Kick-Off?

Wolves host Tottenham at Molineux on Sunday 13 April at 2pm BST, live on TNT Sports 1 in the UK.

Prediction

Unbeaten in their last four league games and coming into this match with three consecutive wins plus Cunha now back in contention, Wolves certainly are finding their groove which was evident in a clinical fightback at Ipswich where they were dominant but often lacked composure until two moments of magic found the net.

Tottenham meanwhile will surely ring the changes as their priority is not this fixture because they need to focus on winning the Europa League if want Champions League qualification, although they looked strong against Frankfurt despite lacking the final touch needed to score more than once.

In fact if Wolves turn up with the same intensity as we saw at Ipswich, I can see them winning if Tottenham opt for a weaker line-up but Spurs still can’t be written off.

Prediction: Wolves 2-1 Tottenham

Result: Wolves 4-2 Tottenham
